Our Hiring Process

At Atlantic Staffing, our hiring process is designed to be as convenient as possible
so we can get you to work quickly. This is what you can expect from our team.

Step 1

Search our job listings and apply online using your most current contact information.

Step 2

A recruiter will then reach out to you via phone, text and/or email to conduct a phone interview based on your availability and discuss your experience, priorities, and goals

Step 3

After your interview, you will be required to fill out onboarding documents.

Step 4

Once your background check is complete, you will be invited to a plant tour/in-person interview. If you are still interested in the job role and it seems like a good fit, we will move forward to schedule a safety orientation and drug screen.
